Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Zervista operates on a subscription model. Once a user subscribes and payment is successful, the amount is non-refundable. Please ensure you review the features and plans before subscribing.

2. Free Trial Period

In case a free trial is provided, users are encouraged to explore the full functionality of the platform before upgrading. Once upgraded, refunds are not available.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan will continue till the end of the billing cycle, but no further charges will be applied after cancellation.

4. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions are auto-renewed by default. You may disable auto-renewal from your account settings before your next billing date to avoid charges.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in rare scenarios such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical issue
  • Unauthorized transaction reported within 48 hours

6. Third-Party Services

If you subscribed via a third-party app store (like Google Play), their refund policies will apply. Please contact their support for refund requests.
